Conquer the Crown is a Red Bull motorsport film featuring professional drift driver Mad Mike Whiddett, shot on the iconic Crown Range Road between Queenstown and Wānaka.

Cinematography was by Ben Ruffell, working with director Ryan Heron to capture high-speed drifting sequences on a narrow alpine road, combining precision vehicle tracking with dramatic landscape imagery.

The production involved complex moving-vehicle cinematography and stunt coordination to safely film sustained drift runs on steep mountain passes, delivering a visceral motorsport film designed for global Red Bull digital and broadcast platforms.
