This Asahi Super Dry television commercial was filmed on location and in studio in Tokyo, Japan, combining stylised lighting environments with cinematic anamorphic imagery to create a bold, graphic visual identity for the brand.

Ben Ruffell served as Director of Photography, working closely with director Luke Huxham to design strong linear compositions, controlled colour contrast and fluid camera movement that reflected the sharp, modern positioning of the Super Dry campaign.

The production utilised Cooke anamorphic lenses and RED Helium cameras to achieve wide cinematic framing with distinctive optical character, supporting both performance-driven sequences and highly stylised lighting setups.

The campaign was produced for broadcast and digital platforms across Japanese and regional Asian markets.
